Why do I need to invest 30 minutes a day?

Creating new patterns of thought and habit takes time.  We have found that consistent brain re-training for about half an hour on a daily basis for at least 90 days is a highly effective method for success.

    date 29.10.2016: I agree with the suggestion. Changing personal habits takes long. so is learning new habit for example brushing teeth before going to sleeping, I am struggling for long. I will start brushing teeth before going to bed regularly from today and see when it becomes natural habit, I will share result every day.
