Is it normal for my mind to wander?

Yes. It’s completely normal and nothing to worry about.

Let your brain wander if it wants.  The audios are designed to work on our non-conscious mind. If you want to know what John is saying, please refer to the audio transcript for that level.

Above it states: "If you have any questions, please contact us at CustomerService@MyNeuroGym.com or click on the green Help button on the bottom right of this page and submit your inquiry." (FYI: I AM NOT SHOUTING AT YOU WITH MY ALL CAPS, IT SIMPLY MAKES THE WORDS EASIER FOR ME TO SEE AND QUICKLY DIFFERENTIATE MY WORDS FROM THE WTGM PROGRAM WORDS. I DO THIS IN MY DAILY JOURNAL, AS WELL. THANK YOU.) MY QUESTION: WHERE ARE THE GREEN HELP BUTTONS, ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT OR THE BOTTOM LEFT OF THIS PAGE OR OTHER PAGES? I ONLY SEE THE LITTLE GREEN THUMBS UP BUTTON THAT TURNS GREEN ONCE IT IS DEPRESSED, TO THE IMMEDIATE RIGHT OF THE QUESTION, "Was this article helpful?" JOHN & WTGM TEAM: THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO FOR ALL OF US OUT HERE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COMPUTER, LAPTOP, TABLET, & MOBILE SCREENS OF THE WORLD! I AM BRAND NEW TO WTGM PROGRAM - DAY THREE, YAY!- AND I AM STILL EXPLORING THIS H U G E SITE AS TIME AND ATTENTION SPAN PERMIT.

Hi Lorie/support team, with regards to your reply to Angie's question above - is it okay for me to keep on 'pulling my attention back' to the audio when I notice my brain wandering?
