I fall asleep sometimes while listening. Should I start over?

If you find yourself falling asleep while listening to the audio training, we suggest you try listening at a different time of day. You may also find it helpful to stay seated in an upright position, walk, and have a glass of water to drink nearby to help keep you alert.

    Hello Team,

    Am facing this habit, continuously no clue how to get rid,, in the Level 1 when "John iterates deeper and an deeper".. and then the next part of relaxing, i totally fall asleep. How to get out from this.

    GOOD MORNING JOHN AND TEAM I HAVE SAME PROBLEM I WORK @ NIGHT TIME AND I LISTIN VEDIO IN DAY TIME.BUT I FALL ASLEEP WHEN IS FINISH I WAKE UP SOO RELAXED BUT IS WORKING ON ME NOW I AM MORE HAPPY AND ENJOY MY LIFE MY EMOTION IS COMING BACK BEFORE I WAS FEELING LESS (NO FEELING FOR MY SELF )SADNESS GOAWAY YOUR PROGRAM IS MORE WORTH THAN MONEY GOD BLESS YOU THANKS

    Hello everybody, I also fall asleep very often, but doesn't matter, I feel much more better. Today I'm not so sensitive on all problems.... I sleep much better, on the critical moments, I just look at the problem, I see it, I'm not stressed at all, I put my problem calmly besides on me and looking for the solution or ignore the person who just wanted to make me depressed or nervous. I'm not a vulcan anymore!!!!!! and it's miracle !!!! I don't feel anymore a fear, I'm simply calm and much more constructive. Thank YOU all. P.S. I'm listening the program at least 2 or more times per day. Good luck to everybody. Desi, Nice France

    Is it okay to listen attentively in the morning and throughout the day, and then to fall asleep at night listening? Is there a reason to not listen at night? Our subconscious is 200% more open at the alpha/theta gateway, so why NOT listen at night as we fall into that state?
