The first step is to identify how you are sabotaging your goals (why you are sabotaging is a different matter, and actually less important when it comes to goal achievement).
Try this simple strategy: Each morning, on a sheet of paper, write down one simple, measurable and achievable goal for that day.
Next, briefly outline several ways you might sabotage your goal, and then write down several counter-strategies. Post your list near your workstation, and at the end of the day, evaluate the effectiveness of your counter-strategies.
