Having it All Program Instructions

Having it All:

The Having it All program is about learning the natural laws of the universe. It teaches you more about your brain and how to effectively set and achieve goals. It is designed for you to find your unique abilities and develop a strategy and plan of action for achieving your goals. It is a foundational program to get people familiar with affirmations and simple brain entrainment technology. Use this program to get absolute clarity and understanding on how to choose and strategize achieving all your goals.

WEEK 1 INSTRUCTIONS:
To access your program, please use your user information (found above) to login to your account. Upon login, you will select the Having it All ICON and you will be taken to the program page. The first tab is for Having it All.

DAY 1
1. Watch the welcome video
2. Download and print the HIA Playbook
3. Review pages 1-5 in the Playbook
4. Click on Part I
5. Listen to the following audios: Introduction, Your Potential

DAY 2
1. Click on Part I

WEEK 2 INSTRUCTIONS:

During this week you will be learning more about your conscious mind, non-conscious mind, reticular activation system, psycho-cybernetic mechanism, the power of your beliefs and habits, the neural reconditioning process, and your goal achieving process. By the end of this week you will know the six intellectual functions of your conscious mind, and the three power functions of your non-conscious mind. You will have started your Life Design Matrix, and will begin creating your roadmap for achieving your goals.

This week is designed to complete your transformation to a whole new better you! Spend this week completing the Playbook, and reviewing your answers to solidify the new habits you have formed. By the end of this week you will be ready to use the roadmap you created to accomplish all the goals you have always dreamed about achieving.
